Hatinder Kumar is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) qualified in 2011 along with graduation at the age of 21 years only.He is Graduate in Commerce, Qualified Chartered Accountants, System Auditor , Certified Concurrent Auditor of Banks and Certified Forensic Auditor. He has worked with professionally managed corporates in capacity as a consultant. He has experience of handling corporate affairs in different areas for over a decade. He has helped many organisations to set up shop in India and operating it smoothly. He is Actively Associated with Circulation Audits, Internal Audits of Leading National Newspapers, Radio and TV Channels. He had vast Experience of Risk Assurance Services Related for Media Industry and Foods & Beverage Industry.

Hatinder has vast knowledge of and a thorough understanding of Indian laws and regulations as well as the complex corporate taxation system. Hatinder has assisted many overseas companies in completing paperwork, getting necessary approvals, paying taxes, necessary filings and much more.

She possesses an experience in multiple spheres including general functions in the field of Auditing, Accounting and handling Taxation Matters along with the specialized functions including Finance, Banking and other Legal matters. She is well versed in the area of Corporate/Bank Audits, particularly Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, Concurrent Audits, Stock Audits and Management Audit. She also possesses command in the fields of taxation work including both direct and indirect taxes.
